I’ll fess up. I originally wrote this ebook so I could stop sounding like Nana telling her stories over and over after too many hot toddies. I figured my clients would enjoy it more if I put my weight loss coaching philosophy and tools on paper where they could work through them at their own pace in an easy-to-use workbook format.

2. Undo Your Diet Dogma: Then there’s all those diet rules. What we should eat. How much we should exercise. What we should think of ourselves when we don’t do those things. How we should have more willpower. Ugh. In the second section of the book, we go in and break up your Diet Dogma—the rules you’ve been operating under that you believed would help you get the pounds off, but have only gotten in your way.

3. Kindness: This section gives you the tools to take care of and be kind to yourself. Because contrary to popular belief, losing weight is not about beating your psyche and body into submission. It’s about respecting yourself enough so that you don’t need to put extra weight on your body.
