1:1 Coach Mentoring

As a new coach, there were times I wondered if I was doing it right, or knew I wasn’t doing it right and didn’t know how to fix it, or just had no idea what I was doing. The thing that saved my heinie is that I immersed myself in coaching and being coached. I learned and grew as a coach by seeking out concrete feedback on my coaching, did extensive personal work with the best coaches I could find, and practiced coaching as much as I possibly could.

That’s why I’m so fired up about offering you these services that made such a difference for me.
