If you’re thinking about moving forward with weight loss coaching, first of all, congratulations! You are about to make an awesome investment in yourself. The next step is to email me (you can call me if you like, but it’s easier to get me via email) and we’ll set up a time to have an initial chat over the phone. There’s no charge or obligation for this time. We get on the phone for about 20-30 minutes. You tell me a little bit about yourself, what’s prompted you to seek coaching and what you would like to get from coaching. I then talk with you about me and my approach and answer any questions you have. Within that conversation, we decide if we’re a good fit for each other.
